Application
DZ4 single seat mix-proof valve is a pneumatic seat valve with sanitary and flexible design. Based on the mature single seat valve design platform, it is used to meet the requirements when two different products flow through the same valve. It is widely used in dairy products, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries.
working principle
DZ4 is operated remotely by compressed air. The valve is normally closed (NC). The valve is equipped with two small, normally open pneumatic valves, an emptying valve and a cleaning valve for CIP. The valve core has two seals which form an inner leakage cavity. The leaking product can flow into the leakage chamber and be discharged through the detection valve. At the same time, when the main valve is to be opened, the leakage chamber can be cleaned first, and then the main valve can be opened.
