Application

　　 QF5 sanitary ball valve is a sanitary ball valve used for material transportation. The application range of this valve includes food, beverage processing, and pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

　　The fully through valve cavity design does not produce any fluid resistance. Therefore, the QF5 valve is the best choice for dealing with viscous or particulate fluids.

working principle

　　 A precisely manufactured ball with a through cavity is placed between two flanges and two PTFE valve seats in the valve body. A valve shaft core can act on the ball after 90° rotation, so that the valve can be opened or closed.

　　 At the same time, the valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the ball valve cavity and discharge it from the drain hole.

　　QF5 type sanitary series valve is operated by a pneumatic head, or manually operated by a handle.

QF5 series ball valve has three structures:

　　QF5-1 type ball valve is a three-piece structure, composed of two flanges, a valve body and two PTFE valve seats. Install with bolts. The valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the ball valve cavity and discharge it from the drain hole.

　　QF5-2 type ball valve is a three-way ball valve, with two types of structure: T type and L type. It is composed of valve body, valve cover and PTFE valve seat, and it adopts threaded installation method.

　　QF5-3 type ball valve is a two-piece structure, composed of a valve body, a joint and two PTFE valve seats, and is installed in a clamp type. The valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the ball valve cavity and discharge it from the drain hole.
